AC-300, commonly referred to as the anti-static acrylic sheet, is a specially engineered product designed to manage static electricity across a wide range of applications. It's widely used in industries where static electricity can cause problems, such as in windows, doors, machine covers, fabricated desiccators, and cabinets. This advanced technology helps prevent the generation of static charges on the sheet’s surface, thus reducing particle attraction and minimizing the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD). Acrylic is well-known for its excellent design flexibility due to its ease of fabrication and lightweight nature.
While this material can be easily shaped into flat surfaces, it isn't suitable for heat-formed bent configurations because the surface is not designed for such processes.
