The Youngor Group has recently taken the lead in the distribution of the cotton raw material supply market. Its Shengzhou Shengtai Sezhi Technology Co., Ltd. has signed a cotton textile investment project with a total value of 1 billion yuan in the hometown of Chinese long-staple cotton, Awati County in Xinjiang Aksu Prefecture. It has become the largest cotton spinning project in the history of Awati County.

According to the project plan, Youngor will build 300,000 spindles of compact spinning and 150,000 spindles in Akesu Textile Industrial City with an investment of 1 billion yuan and a construction period of 3-5 years. This project will provide Younger with stable stability. The annual production capacity of 450,000 spindles of cotton spinning will lay a solid foundation for Youngor's future raw material supply.

It is understood that Awati County is the hometown of long-staple cotton in China and is a well-known high-quality cotton production base in China. The annual output of long-staple cotton accounts for one-third of the total output of long-staple cotton in China and is an important part of China's high-grade cotton textiles. Raw material base. Therefore, Youngor’s early occupation of this important raw material base is believed to be conducive to obtaining a stable supply of high-quality raw materials, reducing the impact of large fluctuations in cotton prices, and ultimately obtaining a competitive advantage in the current high cotton price. . According to the Ministry of Commerce, on August 13, Argentina issued a decree to commence the investigation of origin of imported footwear products from Malaysia. The decree states that since Argentina’s anti-dumping measures on shoes originating in China in March 2010, the number of footwear products imported from China has fallen sharply, but the number of imported shoes from Malaysia has surged, and in 2007 and 2008, Argentina did not Malaysia imported such products. Therefore, according to Argentina's relevant domestic laws and regulations, Argentina began to investigate the origin of shoes imported from Malaysia to verify the authenticity and validity of its certificate of origin.

The minimum FOB price for the pair of shoes is US$13.38. China's imported footwear products below this standard will be subject to anti-dumping duties.

This move has greatly reduced the possibility of Chinese shoes exporting to the Argentinean market. At the same time, it further "deepened" Argentina's trade protectionism measures against China.
