The system is the first application of the “gas stripping and sulfur removal method†in offshore oil fields. At present, the injection concentration of hydrogen sulfide remover from the crude oil of the 11-4 oilfield in Weizhou has been reduced by 66% compared with the previous one, and the annual cost of hydrogen sulfide removal agent has reached more than 4.8 million yuan.
The discovery of hydrogen sulfide in hydrocarbon reservoirs is a relatively common phenomenon. In recent years, with the gradual development of the Weizhou 11-4 oilfield, the content of hydrogen sulfide in the well fluid has gradually increased. This not only affects the quality of crude oil, but also causes corrosion of field equipment and pipelines. It may also cause people to inhale highly toxic substances in subsequent crude oil treatment processes, endangering personal safety.
In order to minimize safety hazards, the Weizhou 11-4 oilfield used chemical absorption method, that is, adding a remover at the inlet of the crude oil pump to neutralize the hydrogen sulfide. Although the removal rate can reach 98%, the amount of remover injected per day of 600 liters makes the cost of this operation enormous.
After many discussions and field experiments, the Weizhou 11-4 oilfield learned and borrowed the basic principles and operation methods of the “gas extraction and desulfurization method†applied in the terrestrial oil field, and on the other hand injected clean sulfur-free natural gas into the crude oil. The turbine main engine fuel gas mixes the injected sulfur-free natural gas with the crude oil, and then realizes the gas-liquid separation in the crude oil stable tank by optimizing the process flow and the related pipeline connection, finally carrying the hydrogen sulfide in the crude oil, and finally entering Torch system processing.
Compared with the chemical absorption method, the "gas stripping and sulfur removal method" not only has a good effect on hydrogen sulfide, but also does not add any equipment on the basis of the oilfield process, and also reduces the injection amount of the hydrogen sulfide remover.
