It replaces labor protection articles with money or Other articles and orders them to make corrections within a time limit. If the coal mines have not been rectified within the time limit, they shall be ordered to suspend production, stop production for rectification, and be punished by more than 5,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan. A fine of less than RMB; if it causes serious consequences and constitutes a crime, it shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
