1) How many facilities are there for receiving evacuees?
2) How many houses, blankets and other equipment and facilities are there?

(7) Manpower:
1) How many full-time and part-time staff or volunteers can be mobilized in an emergency?
2) How is the training level?

(8) Notification and Communication Equipment:
1) What kind of communication equipment (telephone, dedicated telephone, radio and siren)?

(9) Personal protective equipment:
Where and what types of personal protective equipment (such as self-contained breathing apparatus, gas masks, anti-acid clothing)?

(10) Firefighting equipment and supplies:
1) What alternative source of water?
2) What kind and how many fire fighting equipments (for example, various portable fire extinguishers, foam tanks, fire extinguishing agents)?
3) What type of fire fighting equipment (fire truck, fire ladder, hydraulic crane)?
4) Is there a fire water system?

(11) Accident control and anti-pollution equipment and supplies:
1) What special tools and equipment are there and where?
2) How many earth-moving equipment?
3) What types of anti-pollution equipment and agents (for example, neutralizers) are available?
