How to identify good and bad compound fertilizer

The compound fertilizer is popular among farmers because of its nutrient content, strong pertinence, convenient use and high fertilizer efficiency. In recent years, some unscrupulous manufacturers have made huge profits for the production of fake and inferior compound fertilizers, which has caused great losses to farmers and agricultural production. To this end, the simple identification method of the superior and inferior compound fertilizer is introduced as follows: First look: first look at whether the fertilizer is double-layer packaging, whether the label on the outer packaging, the production license number, the agricultural registration certificate number, the standard code, The total nutrient content, the name and address of the manufacturer, whether there is a product certificate in the inner bag, etc., if the above logo is incomplete, it may be a fake product. Look at the fertilizer particles in the bag is consistent, no large lumps, less powder. Second touch: grab the half of the compound fertilizer by hand, leave a layer of grayish white powder on the hand and have a good feeling of stickiness; if you touch the particles, it can be seen that the fine white crystals also indicate high quality compound fertilizer. Inferior compound fertilizer is mostly gray-black powder, no sticky feeling, no white crystals in the particles. Three burns: Take a small amount of compound fertilizer on the iron, put it on the open flame, burn it with ammonia smell, indicate that it contains nitrogen, yellow flame indicates potassium, and the ammonia smell is thicker, the yellow flame is yellow, indicating nitrogen and potassium. The higher the content, the better the quality compound fertilizer. On the contrary, it is a poor quality compound fertilizer. Four smells: Compound fertilizers generally have no odor (except organic and inorganic compound fertilizers), and if they have odor, they are inferior compound fertilizers. Five solvents: high-quality compound fertilizer has good water solubility, most of which can be dissolved in water, even if there is a small amount of sediment, it is fine. The inferior compound fertilizer is hardly soluble in water, and the residue is rough and hard. Six tastes: Because the market is relatively lack of potash, and the price is high, some unscrupulous manufacturers use red bricks to smash and act as potash. Potassium chloride is salty, while red brick granules are not salty. Therefore, you can take a trace of compound fertilizer when you buy it. If it is not salty, it is a fake product.
