Application Method
 In leather processing industry, neutral protease is used to remove hair and soften, it has advantages of clean hair removal, no damage and pore meticulous brightly etc. In remove hair, dosage is 3-6kg/t material, soften dosage 0.15-0.3kg/t material, enzyme activity calculated in 50,000u/g, same below.

Product features
1. Temperature range: effective temperature range 25-55ºC, the optimum temperature 43-50ºC.
2. pH value range: effective pH range 6.2-9.0, the optimum pH value range 6.8-7.6.
3. Effects of metal ions on enzyme activity: metal ions Ca²⁺,Mg²⁺,Fe²⁺ have active effects on enzyme, Mn²⁺,Cu²⁺,Ag²⁺ and EDTA inhibit enzyme activity.

 Enzyme activity definition:1g solid enzyme powder (or 1ml liquid enzyme), under conditions of 30ºC±0.2ºC, pH 7.5, 1min casein hydrolysate produce 1µg tyrosine, mean 1 enzyme activity unit, show u/g (u/ml).
