5. Model selection and stamping

As shown in Fig. 9, the two rows of screws in the middle portion and a positioning pin connect the die-cutting block and the cylinder piston rod, and the die-cutting block is connected to the lower press cylinder. The current position is the upper limit position of the cylinder.

When punching, the mold library is driven to the specified position by Y2, and the power head also moves this position. One side of the mold cylinder pushes the stamping block to protrude above the mold shank, and the cylinder rod extends to push the stamping block and the press material. The cylinder moves downwards, so that the block pushes the upper die downwards. When the punch reaches the lower limit, the small step of the punching block is lifted when the upward return stroke is carried out to lift the die, and the die is returned to the top dead point or selected. The die is dead, thereby completing a punching action. Because the mold library is divided into two rows before and after, the selection of the cylinder is divided into front and rear, respectively, to promote the movement of the two blocks, improving the impact efficiency.

6. Mold structure and installation

The upper mold used in this machine is a suspended upper mold. The mold is assembled in the mold shank, and the mold shank is assembled in the mold sleeve of the mold base. The mold shank has a built-in groove. When the mold shank moves up and down to locate the groove position, the mold shank can be fixed here (the main cylinder is changed to die top dead center). During work, after the mold is selected, the die shank is pressed down by the punching block to break away from the top dead point of the die change. After the plate is punched through the plate, the die is returned to the bottom dead point until the die shank returns to the top dead center of the die change, and is positioned by the groove. After that, you can continue to select the mold and other actions.

7. Guide device

The guiding device is composed of a guide post, a bracket, an oil cylinder, and upper and lower rollers.

During the entire workpiece feeding process, before the feeding side clamp feeding operation ends, the pushing roller of the guiding cylinder presses the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet material. In this way, the sheet material is transferred by the guide roller and the lowering clamp, which ensures the continuity and smoothness of the punching action.
