New standards for mechanical hazard protection gloves formally implemented from September 1

Statistics show that in all occupational injuries, hand injuries account for about 25%, of which mechanical injuries account for a large proportion. In the industrial processing and production areas as well as in emergency rescue work, workers may be subject to mechanical hazards such as friction, cutting, and puncture. In order to reduce or eliminate such injuries, the above personnel need to configure different levels of mechanical hazard protection gloves.

Starting from September 1, the National Compulsory Standard GB 24541-2009 "Gloves for hand protection against mechanical hazards" issued jointly by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Standardization Administration will be formally implemented.

The standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and signs for mechanical hazard protection gloves (hereinafter referred to as protective gloves). Classification of the levels of abrasion resistance, tear resistance, puncture resistance, and cut resistance, and stipulates the minimum requirements for classification for each performance level, requiring protective glove performance to be at least level 1. The standard also stipulates the sign of protective gloves and requires that the mechanical performance of the gloves should be a mechanical hazard icon coupled with 4 performance level digital signs. When buying protective gloves, you should look for signs and purchase them on demand. Qualified products that meet the national standards produced by regular manufacturers should be selected and used within the product warranty period.

All of these synergistic compounds have typical broad-spectrum anti-microbial features, especially against many common fungal species, but also gastrointestinal pathogens like salmonella spp. or E.coli.Calcium propionate compound Kemeiling-B is of great significance as bio-hygienic treatment of sine and poultry feed. The white, non-corrosive granular material is free-flowing and heat stable during manufacturing or premixes and processing of raw materials or complete diets.

Properties

Calcium propionate compound Kemeiling-B is applied for the inactivation of harmful molds but also bacterial pathogens(e.g.Salmonella spp and E.coli)in stored feed or raw materials and in the gasp-intestinal tract(GIT)of mono-gastric animals. It is an exceptional, well-balanced acidified mixture with synergistic botanical compounds. This powerful and convenient combination (of the most fungicidal, low-corrosive organic acid) enables a continuous control of fungi who remain a costly occurrence for feed commodity traders, feed millers and animal producers.

Organic acid, in-particular, propionic acid is the most effective agents for clearing detrimental molds and thus for securing liver, bile and gut functioning. Because of their specific structure they can easily penetrate the outer cell wall barrier of molds.

The multi approach of Calcium propionate compound Kemeiling-B prevents proliferation of pathogenic enterobacteria and more interestingly of fungi and their growth and health hindering mycotoxins (e.g.DON,ZEA,AFLA). The broad-spectrum inhibition of detrimental molds by Kemeiling-B (e.g.Aspergillus,Fusarium,Zygomycetes and Penicillium spp.) ensures a long-lasting conservation of the feed,namely its nutrients and palatability. Kemeiling-B has specific microbial targets, because of its PH-lowering effect, does not affect the beneficial microbial populations such as Lactorbacili, Bifidobacteria or even commercial probiotic preparations(e.g.E.faecium)
