It is estimated that there will be heavy rains in Guangdong, Guangxi, Dabu, Hainan, southern and northwestern Yunnan, and eastern Fujian, from 08:00 to 25:00 on the 24th, including southern Guangdong, southwestern Guangxi, northern Hainan and western China.
