This manual mainly provides relevant guidance and instructions for users to use and maintain correctly. The manual includes parameter setting, abnormal diagnosis, exclusion and routine maintenance of the controller.

Special notes:

Ø Before wiring, please confirm that the input power has been cut off, and it is forbidden to plug the aviation plug.

Ø Please confirm whether the power voltage of the main circuit is consistent with the rated voltage of the controller, and ensure the grounding terminal is reliable.

Ø Do not touch the output terminals directly. Do not connect the output terminals short or with the shell.

Ø After cutting off the ac power, the LCD is not extinguished, said controller inside still has high pressure, do not touch the internal circuit and electronic components.

Ø The electronic components inside the controller are particularly sensitive to static electricity, so you must not place foreign matter into the motor drive or touch the main circuit board.

Ø Install any part, must power off and wait for the LED lights on the circuit board out!Do not Hot-line Work!

Ø Do not wet hands, please wear insulated gloves! Do not touch the components and solder joints outside the key insulation!

Application and maintenance

1. Before usage, it is necessary to check the power supply, voltage and phase match the speed of the turbo fast door, and ensure the correct direction of operation of the fast door.

2. Wire connection in the open control box, inspection and maintenance can only be carried out in the situation of disconnected power, in particular to comply with the precautions in the warning.

3. Adjust the detection range of radar or geomagnetic appropriately.

4. When there is a power outage, the emergency stop switch should be pressed to avoid door go down abruptly and make any hurt.

5. When installing, debugging/opening or closing the door, it is forbidden to walk or standing under the door;

6. Periodically (1 month) Wipe the infrared switch with a clean cloth to ensure the regular use of this function.

7. Regularly (1 month) wipe the door panel with a clean cloth to keep the door clean.

8. Clean the panel of the door (steel structure) with a clean cloth every 1-2 months so that the fast door is still bright as new.

9.Regular (6 months) check the screws of the control box and the inner box, to check whether the wire and power cord have aging.

10. Regularly (3 months) add lubricant to reducer and replace oil.

11. After take use of manual operation when the power outage, the door must be positioned at the bottom, otherwise the fast door can not operate normally.

12. When the power is cut off, the electronic control system can manually open the motor brake. The door body can be lifted by means of the balancing system.

13. The damage caused by the operation of the control cabinet without the authorization from the seller or service company. We shall not bear the responsibility for free maintenance.
