Analysis and Research of Air Spring Forming Machine

The LCW-0QJ air spring forming machine is a highly integrated system that consists of a main molding unit, a lower pressing roller assembly, a radial shrinking tire forming head, a tailstock mechanism, a full base frame, a pneumatic piping system, and an electrical control system. To ensure ease of installation and maintenance, the entire machine is built on a single, sturdy base. The motor drives the spindle, which is connected to the forming head via a sleeve coupling. This forming head is specifically designed for radial contraction, utilizing a pair of synchronized cylinder mechanisms to achieve precise folding. The control system employs PLC automation combined with a touch screen interface, allowing both manual and automated operation. The forming head can move axially and rotate around the forming drum, using the pressure from the air cylinder and a matching transmission system. During the forming process, the forming head operates in the optimal condition of a simply supported beam. To enhance flexibility, reliability, safety, and durability, the movement of the rear roller seat is guided by linear slides. During the rolling process of the LCW-0QJ air molding machine, the cylinder is pressurized, and the two pressure rollers apply force onto the forming drum. The motor then drives the left and right screws via a chain, separating the pressure rollers. When the desired position is reached, a contact block triggers the stroke switch, releasing the cylinder pressure and lowering the pressure rollers. The motor reverses, and the screws bring the rollers back to their pre-rolling position. This prevents central pressure leakage and ensures high-quality molding. The pressing speed of the roller is independent of the drum’s diameter, resulting in consistent rolling time and no leakage during the process, which enhances the quality of the green tire. Additionally, the rolling speed and the return speed of the empty carriage can be adjusted through variable frequency control, making the machine adaptable to various product specifications and forming requirements. To meet production precision, transportation, installation, commissioning, and maintenance needs, as well as for future equipment adjustments and relocation, the entire machine is mounted on a unified base. The main housing, lower pressing roller, and tailstock assembly are all installed on this base. Electrical and pneumatic components are routed inside the frame, ensuring a neat, safe, and user-friendly layout. The air spring forming head design is similar to the first radial tire forming head. For air spring applications, the outer tile curve is divided into multiple segments, which align with the forming curve when opened and allow the blank to be removed when stacked. The forming head and mandrel are integrated into a single assembly, enabling quick and easy specification changes. The tire building head comes in cylindrical or tapered versions, allowing for equal or different steel ring diameters on either side. When a tapered configuration is required, the forming head is designed accordingly.

Homogeneous Pumps

Homogeneous & emulsification pump is composed of a first-class working chamber. The working chamber is equipped with a group of 3-6-layer stators and 3-6-layer rotors. The tooth discs of each stator and rotor are from coarse to fine, so that the original granular materials of different thickness can smoothly enter the working chamber for layer by layer crushing, dispersion, fine, homogenization and emulsification.
