2. After pulverizing and cleaning, the sorted raw materials are put into the pulverizer, and automatically pulverized into the washing machine. 3. 4. The granulation is carried out in the barrel, and the raw material is slowly plasticized under the push of the screw at a high temperature of heating, and then needs to be filtered. If the application is to blow the film again, the filter mesh needs to be 60-80 mesh, so that the material is discharged. It can be blown and blown; if it is injection, 40-60 mesh can be used.

5. After the pelletizing, after forming from the die, the temperature of the drawn material is too high, so it needs to be placed in water for cooling, and then pelletized, so that the whole process.
