Introduction to the types of green packaging materials (1)


1. Reusable and recycled packaging materials


Repeated packaging, such as beer, beverages, soy sauce, vinegar and other packaging, repeated use of glass bottles. In Sweden and other countries, polyester PET beverage bottles and PC bottles have been reused for more than 20 times. 100% recycling of PET containers by Wellman of the Netherlands and Johnson of the United States.


Recycling packaging, such as polyester bottles, can be regenerated in two ways after recycling. The physical method refers to direct and thorough purification and pulverization without any residual contaminants. The treated plastic is directly used to regenerate the packaging container. The chemical method means that after the recovered PET is pulverized and washed, the depolymerization agent methanol water, ethylene glycol or diethylene glycol is used to depolymerize the PET into a monomer or partially depolymerize into an oligomer under the action of a basic catalyst, and then purified. The monomer or oligomer is repolymerized into a Recycled Pet Resin packaging material.


The recycling and recycling of packaging materials only prolongs the service life of plastic materials such as plastics as packaging materials. When they reach their service life, they still face the problem of waste disposal and environmental pollution.

 EDTA is mainly used for Water Treatment, as an additive to Detergent, chemical for photography, paper-making and oil-field. It is also  used as detergent for boiler cleaning and reagent in chemical analysis.
1. High molecular chemical industry: EDTA is used as polymetization activator for butyl bezene latex, and polyreaction terminator in acrylic fibre poiduction.
2. Daily chemicals: EDTA is used as additive to detergent, skin cream and hair-conditioner.
3. Paper-making: EDTA is used for treating the steamed fibre. It will promote the whiteness of paper and reduce the incrustation in the steamer.
4. Pharmaceutical industry: Through cyclopolymerization with methyl amide, EDTA is made into ethyl imide, a remedy for psoriasis. It is also a stablizer for some vaccines and an antihaemoagglutinin.
5. Textile dyeing and printing: EDTA will promote color ability of the dyestuff and brightness of the dyed fabric.
