The XBD-DL vertical multi-stage fire pump is an advanced version of our original DL-type vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump, developed in compliance with the GB6245-1998 "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps" standard. This pump is primarily designed for fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, and other fire protection applications, as well as for transferring clean liquids in various industrial settings.
The XBD-DL multi-stage fire pump features a redesigned structure that enhances reliability and performance. One of its key innovations is the elimination of the balance drum, which was previously prone to rust, sticking, and wear. Instead, it uses a hydraulic balancing system to manage axial forces, ensuring more stable and long-lasting operation.
Another significant advantage of this pump is its low maintenance cost. It is equipped with a durable mechanical seal that reduces failure rates, making it more cost-effective over time. Additionally, the use of a low-speed motor ensures smooth operation and significantly reduces noise levels, making it ideal for environments where quiet performance is essential.
To further minimize noise, the pump incorporates uniquely designed hydraulic components that improve flow efficiency and reduce turbulence-related noise. This makes the XBD-DL not only efficient but also user-friendly in terms of operational comfort.
In terms of working conditions, the XBD-DL operates within a wide flow range of 5 to 100 liters per second, with a rated pressure ranging from 20 to 230 MPa. It runs at a speed of 1480 revolutions per minute. The pump can function in ambient temperatures up to +40°C, and it is suitable for media temperatures between -15°C and +105°C. The maximum system working pressure it can handle is up to 2.5 MPa.
