Precautions before installation of the faucet
(1) Read the faucet installation instructions carefully and keep them for future use after installation.
(2) Always flush the water supply pipeline thoroughly to remove impurities from the pipeline.
(3) Check the water supply pipeline for damage before installation. Replace if necessary.
(4) In order to ensure the normal operation of the switch, the minimum water supply pressure of the switch should be 0.5bar (0.05MPa).
(5) The maximum working pressure of the shower is 5 bar (0.5 MPa). If the water pressure exceeds 5 bar (0.5 MPa), a pressure reducing valve must be installed. The maximum working temperature and ambient temperature are 60 °C. Please pay special attention to stay away from the Yuba, otherwise it may damage the shower and even cause damage to the user.
Precautions when installing the faucet
(1) The cold and hot water supply pipes must not be reversed. Under normal circumstances, the left side of the faucet is a hot water supply pipe, and the right side is a cold water supply pipe. Except for special signs.
(2) After the installation is completed, remove the blisters, showers and other easily clogging accessories, let the water flow out, completely clear the impurities, and then put them back.
(3) When disassembling the water inlet hose, do not wrap the sealing tape. Do not use a wrench and tighten it directly by hand. Otherwise, the hose will be damaged.
(4) The wall-mounted faucet determines the exposed length of the elbow according to the need, otherwise the elbow exposes too much wall surface, which affects the appearance.
(5) Install the faucet as much as possible before installing the basin, bidet, sink, and bathtub.
(6) For thermostatic faucets, the static pressure of the hot and cold water supply is recommended to be 3 bar (0.3 MPa) and the minimum water supply pressure is 0.5 bar (0.05 MPa). The difference between the hot and cold water supply pressure is not more than 2 bar (0.2 MPa). If the water supply pressure is greater than 5 bar (0.5 MPa), install a pressure reducing valve.
(7) For thermostatic faucets, the hot water supply temperature ranges from 50 °C to 80 °C, and the recommended hot water supply temperature is 65 °C.
(8) For the wall-mounted faucet, if it is necessary to heat-weld, first remove the plastic and rubber parts such as the valve core.
(9) For wall-mounted faucets, please remove the protective cover at the appropriate time (see instructions).
(10) For the wall-mounted faucet, in order to ensure the normal operation of the aspirator, the inner diameter of all the joints and fittings between the faucet body and the bathtub outlet should not be less than 12mm.
(11) Before installing the wall-mounted faucet, select the pipe thread according to the valve body, water outlet and shower thread specifications indicated in the instruction manual.
(12) The wall-mounted faucet shall be determined according to the instructions of the manual to determine the depth of the faucet.
(13) Before the wall-mounted faucet is buried in the wall, press the test connection to see if there is any leakage, and repair it as needed. Be sure to drain all air from the piping and faucet during the pressure test.
