In October of this year, furniture sales were renewed with new sales. The 11 furniture sales enterprises in the city traded 45,956 pieces of four types of furniture, and the old-for-new sales amount was 320 million yuan, accounting for 37% of the total sales of four types of furniture. In the same month, sales of old-for-new furniture increased by 70% from September, and all furniture sales increased by 38% from September. From the implementation of the policy on July 1 to the end of October, 11 furniture sales enterprises in the city sold 123,768 pieces of four types of furniture with a total sales value of 790 million yuan. Last year, the Beijing Municipal Government first focused on the furniture industry and used the old-for-new policy as a policy to stimulate domestic demand. Under the organization of the Municipal Commission of Commerce, 16 stores including Real Home, Red Star Macalline, Lanjingli Home, Chengwai Chengjia Plaza and Jimei Home Furnishing participated in the pilot for one month. During the period from November 1st to 30th of last year, the government and enterprises each subsidized 5% to provide trade-in services for four types of furniture. Among them, four types of new furniture include cabinets, sofas, beds, tables and chairs. The maximum amount of furniture subsidies is no more than 1,000 yuan, a total of 150 million yuan for furniture sales, and nearly 30% of the old-for-new ratio. This year, Beijing furniture trade-in was relaunched on July 1st, from 5 companies last year to 11 stores with 33 stores. In addition to the five companies participating in the year, Power Furniture Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Qumei Xinjia Commercial Co., Ltd., Beijing Jiahe Jiamei Home Market Co., Ltd., Beijing Jinyu Tiantan Furniture Co., Ltd., Beijing Euroco International Home Business Co., Ltd. The company (formerly Beijing Baiqiang International Home Trading Co., Ltd.) and Beijing Xinhai Yuntong Commercial Building also joined the company. The trade-in of furniture has not only boosted consumption but also contributed to the development of the furniture industry. However, when the furniture is replaced with new ones, it also encounters new problems: how to recycle old furniture; how to classify new furniture subsidies; how to determine the amount of subsidies. The "2013 Beijing Furniture Trade-in Implementation Measures" stipulates that the maximum amount of single-piece furniture subsidies does not exceed 1,000 yuan. Furniture replacement products include cabinets, sofas, beds, tables and chairs (removable furniture only).
