The SLQ belt fastening machine comes in two main types: the striking type buttoning machine and the hand-pulled lever type buttoning machine.
The SLQ hand-held lever type buttoning machine is designed for belts with a thickness ranging from 6 to 16mm. For this machine, the corresponding buckle nail lengths are categorized into three types: 6-9mm, 10-12mm, and 13-16mm. The versatility of the buckles makes them suitable for both the lever and striking mechanisms. These are single-layer buckles, with each set containing 52 pieces. One set can be used to fasten approximately 2 meters of belt, and there are eight sets per box. These buckles are made of high-quality carbon steel, which has undergone special processing to ensure excellent tensile strength, shear resistance, durability, and strong connections. Consequently, they are extensively used in conveyor belt applications, particularly at mine ports and docks.
There are two specifications for these nails: two rows of four nails and three rows of six nails.
The standout feature of this product is its use of a disposable nail measuring 600mm. To fasten a 1.2-meter belt, you would need to apply the nails twice.
