Interestingly, the invention of the “air water machine” actually originated from the drought in Chongqing last year.

Air water purified for drinking

Yesterday, the reporter saw this "home-use multifunctional refrigeration fresh water fresh-keeping device" in the home of Jin Guoyong. The machine shell was made of discarded cardboard boxes and was less than half a meter high. At the bottom of the machine, a plastic tube nearly one meter long was dragged. The water flowing out of the plastic pipe is filled with a small pot. "The water I make with this machine can be directly consumed after it is purified." Jin Guoyong said.

Saying, Jin Guoyong opened up a machine package made of paper, which is a refrigeration compressor. In the refrigeration compressor, it is a copper tube with a diameter of only 1 cm. Air is sucked into the copper tube by the compressor and then cooled to cool air. After the hot air outside the copper pipe meets the cold air inside the pipe, it will condense into water droplets on the outer wall, and the water droplets will be led out by the water conducting instrument. In addition, the cold air in the pipeline can also enter the specially designed fresh-keeping box through the pipeline, so that the food can be stored in the fresh-keeping box and function as a “refrigerator”. The remaining cold air will not be wasted. It will be discharged directly into the room. In this way, one machine will achieve the triple function of a water dispenser, a refrigerator and even an air conditioner.

Invention ideas stem from the drought last year

Jin Guoyong revealed that in the summer of last year, the drought in Chongqing was short of water. He was inspired and thought of using the principle of “cold and hot air encountering condensation to form water” to make water. The machine's manufacturing cost is only 600 yuan, as long as you plug in the electricity, you can water 20 kilograms a day, the power consumption is about 8 degrees. Even in the desert, water can be produced as long as there is sufficient power. At present, Jin Guoyong has applied for a "new technology patent" to the Intellectual Property Office of the Municipality and is expected to declare it in December.

Amoy waste to create "air water machine"

In January of this year, Jin Guoyong began research and development. In order to raise money, he went to the acquisition station to wash out some of the household electrical appliance parts. In addition, he also sold half the price of the computer bought during the freshman year. Since most of the parts and instruments returned from the acquisition were scrapped, the first two machines failed until the third unit was successfully developed.

Yesterday, a company in Zhejiang made a bid of 50,000 yuan, hoping to buy off the patent right of this machine, but it was rejected by Jin Guoyong and he wanted to start his own business.

Experts of the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau said after watching the device that the machine is an environmentally friendly use of water resources, but the technology is still at a lower level and there is still a certain distance from civilian use.
