Here, on behalf of all the teachers and students of the School of Materials of Henan University of Technology, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the leaders who attended today's ceremony, as well as the hard-working staff and classroom teachers.

It is the first time to hold such large-scale and long-term study classes in the national abrasives and superhard materials industry. It shows that the company and its leaders attach great importance to this professional study and use it as a good learning and training for employees. Consciousness, a comprehensive measure to improve the overall quality and skill level of employees, to meet various work challenges and to improve product quality and service levels. In this study, the teachers who taught us all have professional teachers with associate professor titles. I believe that through their lectures, it is good for us to improve our overall quality and professional level. Taking this opportunity, I would like to make a few comments:

The purpose of organizing this class is to train a team of high-quality employees with high comprehensive quality and strong business skills, strive to improve the independent innovation capability of enterprises, and strive to improve the overall professional level and product quality of the company. 2. Organize this class to provide you with an opportunity to learn from each other and concentrate on learning. The ancients said: "If you are a student and you have no friends, you will be ignorant and ignorant." When a person learns by himself, there are always few people who study, learn, and communicate with each other. This is also the necessity of this class. Learning theory is the method of teaching everyone to grasp the law. It is the key to grasping the common problem. It is the ability to enhance professional theoretical knowledge and discover problems, analyze problems and solve problems. Secondly, learning knowledge and mastering less knowledge often lead to problems such as lack of knowledge, narrow vision, few ways to solve contradictions and problems, lack of confidence, and lack of ability. 4. It is necessary to strengthen practical exercise and continuously improve work ability. Practical exercise is an important way to improve the quality of talents and enhance their ability to work. Our employees must dare to practice their own social requirements, establish a lofty goal, broaden their horizons, strengthen their motivation, discover shortcomings, and find breakthroughs in progress. Solve the problem in practice. Don't be afraid of hiding, you can't hide, you have to dare to touch hard, face up to contradictions and problems, so that you can accumulate experience, wisdom and courage. The study time is long, everyone overcomes the difficulties, and goes all out to invest in business learning. 3. Think deeply.
