In the spring of March, accompanied by the warmth of the harmonious wind, with the support of the Baige Group and the Zhengzhou Sanmao, the “abrasive abrasives professional class” officially started today. Here, on behalf of all the teachers and students of the School of Materials of Henan University of Technology, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the leaders who attended today's ceremony, as well as the hard-working staff and classroom teachers.

It is the first time to hold such large-scale and long-term study classes in the national abrasives and superhard materials industry. It shows that the company and its leaders attach great importance to this professional study and use it as a good learning and training for employees. Consciousness, a comprehensive measure to improve the overall quality and skill level of employees, to meet various work challenges and to improve product quality and service levels. In this study, the teachers who taught us all have professional teachers with associate professor titles. I believe that through their lectures, it is good for us to improve our overall quality and professional level. Taking this opportunity, I would like to make a few comments:

First, clarify the purpose of learning and fully understand the importance of improving one's own quality and professional level

However, in the future development process, how can we stand out in the fierce competition and establish a brand in the development of the enterprise, which urgently requires a professionally reliable, development-oriented, high-quality, high-capacity business. The purpose of organizing this class is to train a team of high-quality employees with high comprehensive quality and strong business skills, strive to improve the independent innovation capability of enterprises, and strive to improve the overall professional level and product quality of the company. It has laid a good foundation for the development of superhard materials.

2. Organize this class to provide you with an opportunity to learn from each other and concentrate on learning. The ancients said: "If you are a student and you have no friends, you will be ignorant and ignorant." When a person learns by himself, there are always few people who study, learn, and communicate with each other. This is also the necessity of this class. In today's society, only by learning more, faster, and better than others can we maintain a competitive advantage. Today, as knowledge updates are accelerating, if new knowledge is not added in time, new skills are acquired, and new horizons are expanded, it will lose its competitive advantage. The employees who participate in the workshops have the backbone of the company and the backbone of the company. It is urgent to update the professional knowledge, update the knowledge structure, broaden the knowledge horizon, and improve professional quality and skills. In peacetime, some of our comrades not only have to do their jobs, but also have a burden on the family and other aspects. There are not many opportunities for concentrated study. We hold a study class, which is to help you develop a habit through concentrated study and examinations, and form a mechanism to give colleagues a chance to recharge, communicate, and enhance, and encourage everyone to continuously strengthen their learning and cultivate lifelong learning awareness.

Second, good at learning and practicing, and working hard to improve one's own quality

1. To strengthen study and be good at learning. Learning itself is a process of self-charging and self-improvement. Emphasizing learning and being good at learning is an important magic weapon for a person's career success. First, you must learn theory. Theory is the law. Learning theory is the method of teaching everyone to grasp the law. It is the key to grasping the common problem. It is the ability to enhance professional theoretical knowledge and discover problems, analyze problems and solve problems. Secondly, learning knowledge and mastering less knowledge often lead to problems such as lack of knowledge, narrow vision, few ways to solve contradictions and problems, lack of confidence, and lack of ability. Knowledge determines self-cultivation, and cultivation requires the integration of all aspects of knowledge. We need to be good at getting rid of the complicated daily affairs, read more books, think more about some problems, and increase some insights, so as to improve the ability to do a good job under the new situation. Again, learn from others. Be tolerant to diversity, tolerance is a virtue. Each of our employees must open their hearts, learn from others, learn from them, be good at and dare to learn from people who are inconsistent with their views, learn from each other's strengths, and use them for a good environment that is conducive to their own progress.

2. Learning is important in application. Through the examination, we learn what we have learned in the article. This is only the first half of the purpose of learning. It is also necessary to apply the "business" to practice. This is the more important second half. We must not only be able to discuss things, but also make clear the ins and outs of things, but also adhere to the theory and practice, make all the work done, and make the company's cause continue to advance.

3. Take this study as a new starting point and continue to explore. "Learning can not be self", learning is persevering. Learning to use is a dynamic process, and only continuous improvement in learning can continue to forge ahead in practice. Otherwise, the progress of the cause will also be passive water.

4. It is necessary to strengthen practical exercise and continuously improve work ability. Practical exercise is an important way to improve the quality of talents and enhance their ability to work. Our employees must dare to practice their own social requirements, establish a lofty goal, broaden their horizons, strengthen their motivation, discover shortcomings, and find breakthroughs in progress. Solve the problem in practice. Don't be afraid of hiding, you can't hide, you have to dare to touch hard, face up to contradictions and problems, so that you can accumulate experience, wisdom and courage. Improve your ability and improve your level in practice.

Third, ask the staff of the class to ask for a few requirements

1. Be aware of the position. Every employee who participates in the study should look at this study in the attitude of the company's masters, paying attention to it from the ideological point of view, respecting the teacher, and asking for advice humbly; strictly abide by the training discipline requirements, strictly observe the schedule, no special circumstances, You are not allowed to take time off. During the class, you should listen carefully to the teacher's lectures and actively take notes. You must carefully follow the arrangements of the organizers and teachers, so that you don't be late, do not leave early, and carefully complete the learning tasks in the past year.

2. Be serious. The class was held after careful preparation by the leaders and materials school leaders. The research was carried out in terms of curriculum, teacher equipment, selection of teaching materials and time arrangement. The purpose was only to improve the quality of training. Let everyone learn something. The content of this study is very rich and has strong pertinence and practicality. The study time is long, everyone overcomes the difficulties, and goes all out to invest in business learning. Participate in learning on time, calm down, concentrate, listen and study hard, learn from both teachers and learn from each other, and strive to learn more and better.

3. Think deeply. In the process of learning, we must closely combine post practice, combine learning and thinking well, analyze problems and solve problems with scientific attitudes, actively explore new ideas for service work, and strive to improve our comprehensive quality and business skills.
