(3) Corrosion, black skin and pitting, the latter two are defects that easily store water and dirt, and are most likely to develop corrosion. Corrosion, on the other hand, is the cause of poor installation, early wear and fatigue. Severe corrosion can cause the bearing to be scrapped.

(5) The riveting or welding quality of the cage mainly observes whether the rivet head is eccentric, skewed, slack, lacking of meat or “double eyelids”, whether the welding position is correct, whether the welding spot is too large or too small, and whether the welding is not secure Or the phenomenon of stuck rolling elements caused by excessive welding, certain slopes of the cages, edges, whether the quality of the caulking and cutting is guaranteed, whether the rolling elements can not fall out of the cage and can turn freely, these points are not satisfactory Smaller ones result in lower bearing noise and rotation accuracy, while larger cages may occur, causing mechanical failure or accidents.

If any of the above inspections from (1) to (5) are found, the bearing will not be accepted.
