II. Recruitment basis <br> This recruitment is based on the “Changbai Mountain Scholars Program” and “Changbai Mountain Skills Master Plan” Implementation Plan (2015 Revision), “Implementation Measures for Introducing High-level Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Jilin Province”, and “Jilin The Provincial Encourage and Support for the Implementation of High-end Talents in Higher Education Institutions (Provisional) and the “Notice of Jilin University on Launching the 2015 “Changbaishan Scholars” Recruitment and Selection Work” and other documents.

Third, the application conditions 1, the basic conditions for the application of "Changbai Mountain Scholars" special professors basic conditions:
(1) The rigorous style of study, the standard of science and ethics, the spirit of solidarity and cooperation and the strong leadership of business organizations.
(2) With strategic thinking, international vision and innovative ability, it has achieved important achievements recognized by domestic and foreign counterparts in scientific research. In principle, the results achieved in the past five years should meet two of the following conditions: 1 Presided over national research projects and achieve important academic achievements. 2 Publish a high-level series of papers that are included in SCI (I am the first author or correspondent author). 3 As the host, he was awarded the second prize of provincial and ministerial level for scientific research achievements. 4 Patent transfer or policy advisory report has achieved remarkable results and achieved significant economic and social benefits.
(3) Have a doctorate, professor or other corresponding title, working in the front line of teaching, research and production. Particularly good candidates can be appropriately relaxed.
(4) In the year of declaration, the age is not more than 55 years of age (born after December 31, 1960).
(5) Full-time employment at Jilin University during the term of employment.
Basic conditions for the "Changbai Mountain Scholars" lecture professor:
(1) Study style is rigorous, honest and trustworthy, willing to sacrifice, and advocating scientific spirit.
(2) Working in the field of overseas teaching and research, generally should serve as a high-level university assistant professor and above or other corresponding positions.
(3) Higher academic attainments, high influence in the subject area, and international and domestically recognized achievements. In principle, the results obtained in the past five years should meet the following two conditions: 1 The research project is in line with the major economic and social development needs of the province. 2 Publish a high-level series of papers that are included in SCI (I am the first author or correspondent author). 3 Scientific research results are highly recognized by peer experts. 4 Patent transfer or policy advisory reports are expected to yield significant benefits. 5 important academic posts or important academic title winners.
(4) In the year of declaration, the age is not more than 55 years of age (born after December 31, 1960).
(5) Work at Jilin University for more than 2 months each year.
2. Other requirements (1) Since the “Changbai Mountain Scholars Program” is a provincial-level talent support program, the aim is to cultivate a group of talents with national titles. According to the requirements of the Provincial Department of Education documents, academicians of the two academies and thousands of people plan (excluding “Thousands of Young People”), Distinguished Professors and Lectures of Changjiang Scholars, winners of Outstanding Youth Funds, winners of the “Hundred Talents Program” of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, “National High Those who have the national talent title and those who have obtained such a title in the past are not included in the declaration.
(2) The 2015 Changbai Mountain Scholars were selected this time. Therefore, the deadlines for applying for candidates' basic conditions and achievements are before January 1, 2016.

Fourth, policy treatment
For the treatment of Changbai Mountain's special professors and lecture professors, please refer to the “Changbai Mountain Scholars Implementation Measures”. The research support funds for the introduction of off-campus personnel are supported by the school. The supporting part of the scientific research support funds for the staff within the school is responsible for the supporting units.

V. Assessment Management 1. Once the hired personnel have been hired and signed the employment contract, they will be assessed and managed according to the “Changbai Mountain Scholars Implementation Measures”.
2. The special professor should work full-time in our school during the employment period. The lecture professors work in our school for more than 2 months each year, and the employment period is 3 years.
3. The school will assess the candidates to be hired after the completion of the employment period. For the evaluation of outstanding hiring personnel, the school gives priority to supporting the higher academic title, and gives corresponding treatment according to the school's relevant high-level talent support system.

6. Submission of materials
The applicant is required to submit the following materials to the Office of the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials before April 8.
1. The "Changbai Mountain Scholar Candidate Recommendation Summary Form" is one copy and is also reported in the electronic version of the excel format.
2. “Changbai Mountain Scholars Special Recommendations Recommendation Form” or “Changbai Mountain Scholars Professor Recommendation Form” in 3 copies (without additional cover, double-sided printing and plastic binding), and WORD and PDF format electronic version;
3. One copy of the supporting materials is recommended (binding to a book, plastic), and the supporting materials include:
(1) List of supporting materials (page number must be marked);
(2) A copy of academic qualifications, degree certificate, ID card or foreign residence permit, professional technical position certificate;
(3) A copy of the certificate of all scientific research projects, awards and authorized patents listed in the recommendation form;
(4) The full text of all the papers listed in the recommendation form and the copies of the magazine cover and catalogue, as well as the cover sheets, catalogues, copyright pages and the first page of the papers listed in the recommendation form;
(5) The SCI, EI, SSCI, CSSCI, etc. listed in the recommendation form and the proof of the paper cited by him (original, subject to the seal of the relevant search agency);
(6) A certificate of recommendation for a candidate to hold a position abroad or to hold an important position in the country;
(7) Proof of the position at the international academic conference and a copy of the invitation letter or notice of the conference report, invited report.
