There are many types of bearings; today we are going to talk about wind turbine bearings. Let us know the code number and skill requirements of such bearings.
Yaw bearings, pitch bearings, transmission system bearings (spindle and gearbox bearings) are attributed to the variety of wind turbine bearings. Mounted at the junction of the tower and the cockpit are yaw bearings; installed at the root of each blade and The hub is connected to the pitch bearing. Each wind turbine equipment uses a set of yaw bearings and three sets of pitch bearings. Of course, some wind turbines below the megawatt level are non-adjustable blades; no pitch bearings are needed.
The code method for yaw and pitch bearing of wind turbine used the code number method of slewing bearing in JB/T10471 2004; however, the code of double-row four-point contact ball slewing bearing has no rules in JB/T10471 2004; therefore; The code of the double-row four-point contact ball slewing bearing is added in this specification. The layout type code of the single-row four-point contact ball slewing bearing is indicated by 01; the 02 indicates the layout of the double-row ball slewing bearing; 03 indicates the double row four Point contact ball slewing bearing layout.
Skill requirement
1 Because the force of yaw and pitch bearing is complicated; the impact and oscillation of the bearing are relatively large; therefore, the bearing can accept both impact and large load. The yaw and pitch bearing ring of this code is regulated. The data is selected from 42CrMo; the heat treatment is selected by whole quenching and tempering; the hardness after quenching and tempering is 229HB 269HB; some of the raceways are quenched by external appearance; the quenching hardness is 55HRC-62HRC.
2 The bearing ring gear usually requires the accuracy level of the gear according to the 9th grade or the 10th grade of GB/T10095.2---2001. However, there is an impact between the pinion gear and the bearing ring gear under the working condition; the tooth surface of the ring gear should be Quenching; pinion tooth surface hardness is usually 60HRC; considering the equivalent life number; the gear surface hardness of the large gear is not less than 45HRC.
3 Low temperature impact work bearing ring low temperature impact work demand: 20 °CAkv is not less than 27J; Akv value in cold state can be negotiated with the user.
4 Anti-corrosion treatment Wind power equipment works in the field; and some of the yaw and pitch bearings are exposed to the outside; they will be exposed to air pollution; the high humidity environment will also corrode the bearing base;
Therefore, the parts of the yaw and pitch bearings that are exposed to the outside are required to be treated for external corrosion protection; usually, galvanizing treatment is required. Painted and disposed outside the galvanized layer as needed.
5 The clearance is relative to the yaw bearing; the impact load of the pitch bearing is relatively large; the blast of the wind blows onto the blade is also large; therefore, the clearance of the required pitch bearing should be zero clearance or a slight negative clearance value; In the case of sensation, the fretting wear of the bearing can be reduced. The yaw bearing demand is a small clearance value; that is, 0-501~m.
