It has excellent gas barrier, oil resistance and fragrance retention properties. Hard and tough, the tensile strength is 5 to 10 times that of PE and 3 times that of PA. Good chemical stability, resistant to dilute acids, bases and common organic solvents. PET maintains its excellent physical and mechanical properties over a wide temperature range.
Nylon/PE vacuum bag is soft to the touch, high in tensile strength, and softer when exposed to water. This is because PA is easy to absorb water, so it is not suitable for printing production in rainy weather. The PET/PE vacuum bag feels slightly harder, the sound is crisper, the transparency is higher, and the cost is lower than the PA/PE vacuum bag.
