This innovative method involves a chemical vaporization heat treatment process combined with soda-lime-silica glass, allowing the original molecular structure to be altered without compromising the glass's natural color or light transmittance. As a result, the glass achieves ultra-hardness and meets strict fireproof standards even under intense high-temperature flame exposure. The product is known as hardness fireproof glass, and it is manufactured using a specialized technique along with unique equipment. The composition of the glass includes potassium salt vapor (72% to 83%), argon (7% to 10%), gaseous copper chloride (8% to 12%), and nitrogen (2% to 6%) by weight. The manufacturing process begins with cutting the soda-lime-silica glass into the desired size, followed by cold working and fine grinding of the edges. Next, the glass undergoes a chemical vapor phase heat treatment to enhance its structural properties. After that, a fireproof protective film is applied to the surface of the glass. Finally, the glass is subjected to a special physical tempering treatment, which significantly improves its strength and thermal resistance. A key component of this system is a specialized thermal decomposition gasification device, which consists of a cylinder block and a cylinder head. These parts are integrated with a reaction vessel connected directly to the cylinder head, ensuring precise control over the gasification and chemical processes involved in the treatment. This advanced setup enables efficient and consistent production of high-performance fireproof glass suitable for a wide range of applications.
