Dacheng Xiangdong Perlite Fireproof Board is a high-performance insulation and fire-resistant material made by combining perlite or meteorite with inorganic binders such as water glass (sodium silicate) through a high-temperature hot-pressing process. This results in boards of various sizes and specifications, suitable for use as partition boards, insulation panels, soundproofing boards, and heat-insulating boards.
In some cases, inorganic materials like magnesite cement are used as binders, while foaming agents can be added to reduce the weight of the board. Alternatively, organic binders such as urea-formaldehyde resin, polyester, protein-based adhesives, or construction glues like 107 or 801 glue may also be used. However, it's important to note that some of these materials might release toxic substances or produce harmful gases when burned. Therefore, it's recommended to allow the product to fully cure before installation, ensuring safe use in both normal and high-temperature environments.

This makes the final product highly resistant to corrosion, with low thermal conductivity, moderate density, excellent water-repellent properties, and strong resistance to acid, alkali, salt, and freeze-thaw cycles.
It also exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, sound insulation, shock absorption, and flame-retardant properties. It does not emit black smoke or toxic gases during combustion, meeting the GB/T 20285-2006 and GB 12955-2008 standards for fire doors. This makes it ideal for use in fire shutter fillings and fire door cores, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional materials like aluminum silicate wool, rock wool, glass water-based perlite boards, and foamed magnesite cement perlite boards.
